"Thus Ghassanid chivalry developed in the sixth century [AD] and was spiritualized by Christianity, a process that brought it close to the Christian version of chivalry in medieval Europe.


(...) The Ghassanids' commitment to Christian chivalry as one of the ideals that they developed and tried to live up to, especially in their wars, has hitherto been an unknown chapter in the history of this concept."

ONE VOICE FOUNDATION DISTRIBUTES HALF A MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF MILK TO CHILDREN IN LEBANON - The One Voice Foundation is “an arm” of the Royal House of Ghassan in Lebanon It has an independent board headed by His Excellency Sir Antoine Kalaydjian, a knight grand cross of the Equestrian Order of Michael Archangel. HRH Prince Gharios El Chemor, the international head of the Royal House of Ghassan and HRH Prince Sheikh Selim El Chemor, recently appointed as the head of the Royal House in Lebanon, are part of the board of directors.

From February 10th to March 10th the foundation distributed 60 tons (the equivalent of over US$500,000) of special milk to children in Lebanon. The campaign has the collaboration of Secours Catolique (Caritas France)
